Important information regarding appointments, cancellations, and studio guidelines.
Booking & Confirmation
All appointments must be booked in advance through our secure Square booking system. Walk-ins are not accommodated. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, to respect everyone's time and maintain availability for all clients, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- Rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure a relaxed start to your service.
Payment
Payment is processed at the time of booking through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are as listed on our services menu and website.
Health & Safety
- Please arrive with clean skin when possible
- If you have any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, inform us during booking
- If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment
- We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols
